About the Course
Arbitration is a popular alternative to traditional litigation for resolving disputes. This course provides a comprehensive overview of all aspects of arbitration law, from the basics of arbitration agreements to the enforcement of arbitral awards.

Currently working at MKU Limited as an In House Legal and IPR Counsel Head, he has driven a massive legal work system ranging from International Laws and Export Compliances to the Ministry of Defence.

Achyut Govindam is an advocate with a wide range of legal expertise. He is also the founder and secretary of Lawyers Action Group, a non-profit organization that provides legal aid and pro-bono litigation. Govindam holds a Master of Laws degree in International Law from the University of Leeds and has a certification in International Arbitration from The Charted Institute of Arbitrators London.
