About the Internship
Department of Law, Justice and Legislative Affairs, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, is introducing/commencing Summer Internship Programme to acquaint young law students with the working of Department of Law, Justice & Legislative Affairs Govt. of NCT of Delhi, by giving training in the field of research & referencing work, tendering of legal advice in various specialized fields of law such as Constitutional & Administrative Law, Labour Laws, Conveyancing, Arbitration & Contract Law /Legislative Process/ Subordinate Legislation etc.
It is one of its kind initiative by the Department of Law, Justice and Legal Affairs, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, so as to give interns/students, an opportunity to gain practical experience/exposure in the working of this Department.
This programme would offer a unique platform to law students to put their legal knowledge, skills and experience into practice. An acquaintance with grass root realities and intricacies of Law, would enrich the knowledge base of these students and hold them in good stead professionally, at a later stage.
Eligibility
Students who are pursuing studies:
- in 2nd &3rd year of three-year Law Degree Course or
- in 3rd to 5th year of five year Law Degree Course from any recognized College/Law school/University.

Duration
The internship is being offered during the month of July. The Summer Internship shall be for the period from 01.07.2024 to 31.07.2024.
Deadline
Last Date to apply for this programme is 25th June, 2024 upto 5:00 p.m.
