Moot Court Society, Faculty of Law, SGT University is organising the 7th SGTU National Moot Court Competition 2023 in collaboration with the Competition Commission of India.

About the Competition
SGT University, as a part of its endeavors of providing and facilitating its support to the student community of the Country takes immense pleasure in announcing the 7th SGTU National Moot Court Competition 2023 in collaboration with Competition Commission of India. The event shall be held on 27th – 29th October, 2023.

Eligibility Criteria
- Students enrolled in a 3-year Law programme in India or in an integrated 5-year Law programme in India are eligible for the competition. The University must be approved by the Bar Council of India.

General Rules
- Each team shall comprise of three members. Two members shall be designated as Speakers and one member shall be designated as Researcher (one person shall hold one postition only)
- The Organising Committee will assign a Team Code to each team. Each team shall comprise of three members. Two members shall be designated as Speakers and one member shall be designated as Researcher (one person shall hold one postition only).

- Only those participants registered as Speakers shall be allowed to speak.
- No team coach, mentor, observer shall be allowed.

- The prescribed fee for the competition is INR 5,000/- only for each team. The fees covers both accommodation and food. Scan the QR code given in the brochure to make the payment.
