  • Users must submit refund requests within 3 days of the transaction date. Requests beyond this period will not be entertained.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A. Service Non-Delivery

  • If a paid service (e.g., mentorship, course, legal consultation) was not provided due to an issue on our end, a refund may be granted upon verification.
  • Users must provide proof of non-delivery (e.g., email confirmation, failed transaction details).

B. Technical Errors in Payment

  • If a user is charged multiple times for the same service due to a technical issue, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transactions.
  • Refund requests for payment failures or deductions without confirmation of service must include transaction details and screenshots.

C. Unauthorized Transactions

  • If a payment was made without the user’s consent (e.g., fraudulent use of payment details), a refund will be considered upon investigation.
  • Users must report unauthorized transactions within 48 hours of the charge.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:

  • Change of Mind: Users who no longer wish to avail of the service after purchase are not eligible for a refund.
  • Partial Use of Service: If a user has accessed or partially used a service, no refund will be issued.
  • Failure to Attend: If a user misses an event, mentorship session, or consultation without prior notice, no refund will be granted.
  • Violations of Terms: Users who are found to have violated our Terms and Conditions or engaged in misuse of the platform are not eligible for refunds.

4. Refund Process

  • Users must submit a refund request via email to [support@thelegallock.com] with the subject line: Refund Request – [Order ID].
  • The request must include:
    • Full Name
    • Email Address
    • Transaction ID
    • Reason for Refund
    • Any supporting documents/screenshots
  • Our team will review the request within 5-7 business days and communicate the decision.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5 business days.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • If a user disagrees with a refund decision, they may escalate the issue by contacting getpro@thelegallock.com
  • Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the jurisdiction of Moradabad District.

6. Policy Amendments

  • The Legal Lock reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
  • Continued use of the platform after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
