According to Hans.J. Morgenthau “international politics is a power struggle, whatever the ultimate aim of international political power is always the immediate aim, the aspiration of power being the distinguishing element of international politics.
The fall of the elected government under their President and the capture of the country by the radical Islamic terrorist organization Taliban, has disturbed world order, for not only do these changes affect Afghanistan, but the world at large.
It refers to the deployment of a lightly-armed United Nations presence in the field with the consent of the belligerents involved to build confidence and monitor any agreement between concerned parties. Additionally, diplomats would continue to work toward comprehensive and lasting peace, or for the implementation of an agreed-upon peace.Â
