About Lock Sansad
A youth-led initiative by The Legal Lock, Lock Sansad is not just a simulation — it’s a movement. Derived from the Hindi phrase “Lok Sansad” (People’s Parliament), Lock Sansad aims to ignite the spirit of democracy, discussion, and social awareness among students and young leaders across the country.
After the overwhelming success of Sansad 1.0 held in Moradabad in 2024, where 250+ students from various schools participated in high-octane debates and legislative simulations, Sansad 2.0 is back — bolder and bigger.
This Year’s Focus: India @2047
As India approaches its 100th year of independence, Lock Sansad 2.0 will bring the brightest young minds together to debate, ideate, and reimagine the future of the nation. From developmental goals to rights, reforms, and inclusion, this event aims to raise questions that matter and cultivate thought leaders of tomorrow.
