About Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab
Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Punjab, was established by the State Legislature of Punjab by passing the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law Punjab Act, (Punjab Act No. 12 of 2006). The Act incorporated a University of Law of national stature in Punjab, thereby fulfilling the need for a Centre of Excellence in legal education in the modern era of globalization and liberalization.
About the Centre for Business Laws and Taxation
Centre for Business Law and Taxation promotes interdisciplinary research in Business Laws and Taxation at Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL). We organize a variety of academic activities, including webinars, conferences, workshops, and moot court competitions. We also offer courses, publish newsletters and blogs, and provide research opportunities and internships. Our goal is to support and advance the study of business laws and taxation through collaboration and dialogue.
About IBLD-CBLT
The IBLD-CBLT is a specialized division of CBLT dedicated to advancing knowledge and practice in restructuring and insolvency laws. Our mission is to deepen understanding, foster research, and enhance insolvency practices through collaboration with experts, scholars, and practitioners.
