About the Conference
It is their great privilege to share that the Sharda School of Law, Sharda University is organizing a two days International Conference on “Prospects and Challenges for Innovative Ideas in Intellectual Property Rights” from 1st September to 2nd September 2023.
This conference is going to play a very important role in the development of individual and society as IPRs protects and encourages the creators for innovation and economic gain. It also leads to healthy competition among creators and users, which ultimately leads to the progress of society. The transfer of technology is important for developmental research. It is helpful in the solution to global challenges in the field of alternate energy resources, new products to consumers, and pharmaceutical development.

Guidelines For Abstract Submission
- Abstract (250-350 words) with keywords should be submitted as an attachment in a Word file.
- Abstracts will be peer-reviewed by our research committee.

Guidelines for Paper Submission
The full paper must be accompanied by a cover letter which shall include the following details:
- Full name(s) of the Authors/ Co-author

- Professional/Educational Details

- Title of the Paper Research
- The article should be in Times New Roman, 12 font, and 1.5 line spacing, Heading should be bold and 14-point font. Subheadings should be bold and in 12 font. Footnotes-Times New Roman, 10 font and 1 line spacing
- Footnotes should conform to the ILI citation style.
- All the contributions should be the original work of the contributors and should not have been submitted for consideration in any other Publication.
- Any plagiarized work will be out-rightly rejected.
- Maximum plagiarism of up to 10% is allowed.
- The paper should be typed in MS WORD format.
- The paper must be in single column layout with margins justified on both sides;
- Word limit for full paper excluding abstract and footnotes up to 3500-4500 words.
