About The Legal Lock

About the Competition
We’re excited to announce the 3rd Edition of the National Mediation Competition, 2025, brought to you by The Legal Lock. After the successful run of the previous two editions, this year promises to be more enriching and competitive.
The competition aims to promote the practice of mediation among law students across India and abroad through realistic dispute simulations that reflect real-world scenarios. Participants will get a chance to sharpen their negotiation, client counseling, and problem-solving skills in a professional setup.
This edition will follow a structured format governed by official competition rules and will be judged by experienced professionals from the field of ADR and academia.
At The Legal Lock, we continuously strive for quality execution through strong partnerships with top law colleges and universities. Join us as we take another leap in democratizing legal education and promoting mediation as a future-forward legal skill.

Mode of Competition
- The competition shall be conducted online, via platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
Registration Guidelines
Modes of Registration
Participants may register through either of the following channels:
- University-Nominated Teams
Teams nominated by their respective Moot Court Societies / ADR Cells / Faculties. - Open (Non-University) Teams
Individual teams registering independently, not necessarily through a university nomination.
Registration Fee
- Indian Teams (3 Members): ₹2400/-only
