About the Internship

Eligibility

• Law students or fresh graduates with an interest in corporate law.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with contract law and data privacy is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Their legal team plays a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, supporting business growth, and managing risks. Interns will gain exposure to the following areas:

• Contract Drafting: Assisting in the preparation and review of various legal agreements.
• Data Privacy Law Compliance: Supporting compliance initiatives and research in line with global data protection regulations.
• Research and Analysis: Conducting legal research and providing insights on diverse legal topics.
• Maintaining Legal Repositories: Organizing and managing legal documentation for seamless access and compliance.
