About the Organisation
Amity University Patna is one of the latest proud additions in the legacy of the 25 years of Amity Education Group of India, set up with a vision to contribute in nation-building through excellence in higher education, research and innovation. The Amity Law School has been established under Amity University Patna to achieve world- class legal education in the State. In its constant pursuit to excellence, it is always endeavouring to create a legacy of leadership, professional Acumen and excellence. The school strives to exceed the benchmarks of educational standards and constantly innovates in its processes and methodologies in legal education.
Eligibility
Law Schools / Colleges / Institutes / Universities, recognized by the Bar Council of India are eligible to participate in the International Moot Court Competition. The participants should currently be pursuing their Bachelor’s Degree in Law, i.e. Three Year or Five-Year Law Courses or Master’s Degree in Law.

How to Register?
The Participating teams shall duly fill the Registration Form (attached at the end of the post) provided and send it along with the Registration fee of Rs.2,000/- (excluding GST) (Rupees Three Thousand only), which is not refundable.

Winning Team: Cash Prize of INR 10,000
Runners Up: Cash Prize of INR 8,000
Best Memorial: Cash Prize of INR 3,000
Best Mooter: Cash Prize of INR 3,000
Best Researcher: Cash Prize of INR 3,000

Last Date of Registration: 28th April, 2024 by 11.30 p.m. (IST).
Last date for Submission of Soft Copies of Memorials: 6th May, 2024.
Inaugurals & Preliminary Round: 10th May, 2024.
Quarter Final Round: 10th May, 2024.
Semi- Finals & Final Round: 11th May, 2024.
