In a good college, to study a law course is not an easy dream. Apart from being hard-working you need a good financial background too especially when you want to do it from a good college. There are students who have dreams but who want to get into these colleges and pursue law. Many scholarships have been announced for students who want to pursue law. Through these programs the students who are not very economically rich background get benefitted and they will be able to cover all their financial expenses all alone. The only condition is to meet the necessary qualifications and fill the applications.
Also The government have launched in 2023 these LLB scholarships for 2024 on the national scholarship portal to financially support the needy students who are ambitious to follow their dream and pursuing lawyer. In these scholarship when students get selected they will get the amount per year so that they can manage their fees and other expenses.

- Aditya Birla Scholarship Program:- This is dedicated to the late Mr. Aditya Birla who was a leader who inspired many in India, who was a business man and on a global map made India’s name with an unmatched vision and success. He focused on Youth and the young talent and was definitely a person who loves his country. This is a scholarship program which is searching for leaders.
Only those students are eligible for this scholarship who are in NLS, Bangalore, NALSAR of Hyderabad, and The west Bengal National University of Judicial Sciences, Kolkata, Gujarat National Law University in Gandhinagar, and National Law University in Jodhpur. In this scholarship 1, 80,000 pa or the fees which is lower is given to the candidate.
- Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship:- This is to provide financial assistance to students who are from poor background which will help them in meeting their expenses and completing education.
The eligibility of this scholarship is this internship is for students who have scored 80% in their 12th class belonging to any of the streams. This scholarship gives them an amount of 12,000 per annum at their under graduation level and 20000 in their Post-Graduation. Who are doing an integrated law course will get 20,000 in the 4th and 5th year.
- Fully Funded science and Law school scholarship:- This is an initiative taken by Affidavit Institute of Judicial Practice which will help in financial aiding to any student all-round the work to study without paying any fee in their Science and Law stream who have scored within 1000 rank. The candidate must be under or equal to 30 years of age. They will pay the whole fee in your college. The deadline is last day of June.
- GEV Memorial Merit Scholarship:- This is an initiative by GEV Scholarship Fund Trust which have an objective to give financial support to the students who are from weak economic background and want to pursue law in any good institute. This program of scholarship provide the students in law college for UG and PG degree an amount of 2 lakhs per year which will help them to cover their academic expenses. The eligibility is to first it is only for the Indian student, who is already in any year of LLB or LLM degree course in any reputable college of India or have applied for any of the law entrance law exam and scored at least 60 percent in class 10th and 12th. Their family income should be max 10, 00,000. The deadline to apply for this scholarship is 31st July.
- Nirankari Rajmata Scholarship Scheme:- This scholarship is launched by Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation for the students who can’t afford to their studies. They ask for the eligibility criteria of scoring at least 90 percent in their class 12th exam and should qualify an entrance test on LLB. They do releases scholarship almost every year with a deadline. They give you only your tuition fee max of 75,000 rupees every year to every student.
- PNB housing Finance Limited Scholarship for Law:- This is a private scholarship which is launched by PNB Housing Finance Limited to support the under privilege students. This is not only for the law students but also for the students who are in MBA and CA programmes. The eligibility to apply for this is that a student should be pursuing 3rd year course and was for integrated program courses students, for those who are pursuing law in Army Institute of Law at Mohali. They must have scored 65% in class 12 and UG studies in both first and second year. And the family income max is 8,00,000 per year.
- Quill Foundation Scholarship:- This is a program which is to provide financial aid to those law students who are from weak financial background and also who want to take part in community and their issues. The eligibility criteria is that they must pass schooling in 10th and 12th classes and have scored 60%.
- Law School Admission Counsel in India Scholarship:- This is for the students in LSAT. The scholarship is for the students who are doing an integrated law course of 5 year and it offers an amount of 4 lakhs.
- Post-Matric Scholarship for Minorities:- This scholarship was launched for the minorities in 2006 whose family income should not be above 2LPA and to provide them tuition fee and giving allowance.
- Post-Matric Scholarship for Disabled:- The scholarship is for students who are suffering with any kind of physical disabilities which should be above 40% covering all students who are pursuing graduation and post-graduation. This is for economically weaker students which do offer an economical assistance of 4000 INR.
