NCPCR reports in favour of minority schools: Know why
The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR), has recently released a report determining the need for accessibility of minority schools in the nation. These students are not specified to be receiving the equal benefit of RTE as others. Moreover, the report namely ‘Impact of Exemption under Article 15(5) concerning Article 21A of the constitution of India on Education of Children in Minority communities’, specified that a study has been carried out on the same issue. And, it further recommended that minority schools should be considered under the domain of RTE and SSA,Â
