ABOUT THE ORGANIZATIONS
Iuris Jura is an e-learning platform started in the year 2020, intending to create legal awareness and to abridge the gap between law aspirants and law professionals. In the past, Iuris Jura has conducted various online workshops on contemporary issues about the field of law. Some of those are as follows:
- Scope of Mediation in Arbitration
- Role of Investigating Agencies in Criminal Justice System
- Covid Fundraiser Workshop on “Drafting An Arbitration Agreement”
- Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards in India
Knowledge Partners – SCC Online and Eastern Book Company
In the past two decades, India has witnessed a huge rise in disputes resolving through arbitration. One of the significant factors which have led to such positive deviation is the changes introduced by the legislative bodies in concurrence with the judgements of the Supreme Court to minimize the interference of the Courts. Undoubtedly, the high demand for arbitration has also opened the floodgates of opportunities for law aspirants to embark on their journey in this field of law.
Keeping in mind the same, Iuris Jura is successful in bringing a few of the young icons of the arbitrations in the country on board to share their skills on drafting of pleadings/applications under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. For details, see below:
