National Law Institute University is a public law school and a National Law University located in Bhopal, India. Established in 1997 by the State of Madhya Pradesh, it is the second law school established under the National Law School system.
About the Centre for Labour Laws
The Centre for Labour Laws (CLL) at the National Law Institute University, Bhopal aims to generate scholarship and work as a think tank for robustness and soundness of Employer-Employee Relations Management. To bring better analytical clarity at national, regional and global levels, the Centre seeks to engage public and private stakeholders for working together on the exchange of ideas, policy recommendations and allied regulatory issues.
About the opportunity
With the blessings of our Patron Prof. (Dr.) V. Vijayakumar, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, NLIU Bhopal; Ms Neeta Gupta, Respected Registrar, NLIU Bhopal and after the initial success of Certificate Courses on Labour Laws and Certificate Course on Insurance Laws launched during the month of June 2021, CLL is delighted to announce the launch of one-month long Certificate Course on Competition Law, after the necessary approvals from the authorities at NLIU, Bhopal.
This Certificate Course aims to develop the skills, which are required to deal with the legal and practical aspects related to the Competition Law regime in India.
The fee to be paid is-
For Students: ₹ 1500/- only.
For Professionals: ₹ 2000/- only.
The deadline to register for the same is 25 December 2021, 11.59 PM IST.
The same shall be conducted from 27 December 2021 – 25 January 2022 in an Online mode using CISCO Webex platform.
